I encouraged my wife to start a blog a while back. While she hasn’t really made money so far doing it, she has had a lot of fun, and has been steadily increasing her page hits. She has now encouraged me to create a new blog with a different focus than my main personal one. So here I am, domain name registered, and ready to begin.

The reason I’m separating this from my personal blog is because I think I lose a lot of my family when I start talking tech on my personal blog. They are interested in the things we are doing and pictures of the kids, but not so much how the latest version of software X compares with the previous version. I’m also not adverse to doing some commercial content on here, and that’s something I really didn’t want to do with my personal blog either. I’m certainly not going to sell out and I’m not going to hype anything I don’t believe in myself. I’m hoping that my family will return to reading my own blog again and this one can turn into the fun site.

The easiest way to get me to say something about your product is just to send it to me no strings attached. I’d really like to review a car. Any one will do, but I’m really interested in something with good gas mileage and progressive technology. Ok, seriously though I’ll review anything you want to send me and will even send it back if you’ll pay for the return shipping. I’m much more into this for the interest in the technology rather than the money, although if that comes around I won’t protest it.

I’m going to start off talking about products that I own or want to own or have used before in some way.
